Alia Bhatt’s mother Soni Razdan opens up on Ranbir Kapoor

Actors Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are the latest lovebirds of B-Town. The duo has never shied from expressing their emotions in pictures on dinner dates or just chilling together. Looks like the duo has got the blessings of their family too. After Rishi Kapoor and Mahesh Bhatt, we now have Alia Bhatt’s mother opening up on Ranbir and Alia’s relationship.

During an interview with Hindustan Times, Soni Razdan spoke about her equation with daughter Alia Bhatt and many other things.

When asked about what she felt when speculations on Alia dating Ranbir were hitting headlines, the actress said that, “I have a very good relationship with my daughter. I don’t go by what rumours say; I talk to her directly. We have had discussions on what’s going on or not going on in her life. It’s her life at the end of the day, so I am happy to let her live it the way she wants to.”

Alia’s mother revealed that she has worked with Rishi Kapoor and therefore knows Neetu Kapoor and Ranbir too. Soni Razdan was all praise for Ranbir Kapoor and she thinks he is a lovely boy.

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor had come close during the Bulgarian schedule of their upcoming film ‘Brahmastra’. The duo had stepped out as a couple at Sonam Kapoor’s reception and since then, they’ve been spotted together on numerous occasions. Alia has also been sharing some amazing pictures from the Bulgarian schedule, crediting Ranbir Kapoor as the photographer.

On the work front, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are at present busy with the shoot of ‘Brahmastra’. The Ayan Mukerji directorial also stars Amitabh Bachchan and Mouni Roy in pivotal roles. The film is slated to release on August 15, 2019.
