All is well! Did Sonu Nigam and Bhushan Kumar finally bury the hatchet?

Popular playback singer Sonu Nigam ringed in his 50th birthday on Saturday night. To celebrate the occasion, the popular singer hosted a grand bash and it was a star-studded affair. Despite the who’s who of B-Town attending the party, all heads turned when T-series head honcho was spotted at the party. In a viral video, Bhushan Kumar and Sonu Nigam were seen having a hearty laugh hinting that all is well between them.

What went wrong in 2020

It was back in 2020, post the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput, that Sonu Nigam had called Bhushan Kumar ‘music mafia’. He had even alleged his links with the 1998 Mumbai serial blasts convict Abu Salem. While Bhushan is not on social media, it was his wife Divya Khosla Kumar who got into an ugly spat with Nigam. Some shocking claims and revelations were made during the fight. And so spotting them together last night was a hint that the two have let bygones be bygones.

Sonu Nigam’s birthday party was attended by many musicians and singers. From Mika Singh to Rahul Vaidya and more were present at the party. A video of the same was shared by a paparazzo on his Instagram account. In it, we see, Sonu greeting guests and amongst them is also Bhushan Kumar. The two were also seen having a great time chatting. Bhushan was also spotted beside Sonu when he was cutting the cake.

As per reports, when working on Laal Singh Chaddha, Aamir Khan wanted Sonu to sing a song and hence, T-Series’ Bhushan who was producing music for the movie, approached Sonu and extended an olive branch. They both met and decided to let the past be in the past. Sonu sang Main Ki Karaan and Kahaani as well. In fact, after LSC, they worked for Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon starrer Shehzada.
