Amitabh Bachchan Health Update: Hospital authorities reveal the actor is stable with mild symptoms

Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan had given the most shocking news yesterday as he revealed that he has been tested positive for Covid-19 and along with him, son Abhishek has been infected too. Amitabh Bachchan had been admitted to Mumbai’s Nanavati hospital yesterday and the hospital authorities have just given a health update that will be relieving for Big B’s fans.

According to a report by ANI, public relation officer of Nanavati Super Speciality Hospital, Mumbai gave a health update about Big B saying, “Amitabh Bachchan is stable with mild symptoms and is currently admitted in the isolation unit of the hospital.”

Big B took to his Twitter and confirmed the news and also asked all those who were close to him to get themselves tested as well, he wrote, “I have tested CoviD positive .. shifted to Hospital .. hospital informing authorities .. family and staff undergone tests , results awaited .. All that have been in close proximity to me in the last 10 days are requested to please get themselves tested !(sic)”.

Along with the ‘Piku’ star his son Abhishek has also been tested positive for Covid-19 and he too has mild symptoms. Confirming the news Abhishek Bachchan wrote on his Twitter handle, “Earlier today both my father and I tested positive for COVID 19. Both of us having mild symptoms have been admitted to hospital. We have informed all the required authorities and our family and staff are all being tested. I request all to stay calm and not panic. Thank You. ?? (sic).”
