Amitabh Bachchan shares he ‘could not hold back tears’ as Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Aaradhya are discharged from hospital

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and her daughter Aaradhya Bachchan tested negative for Covid-19 and they were discharged from Nanavati Hospital in Mumbai on July 27. Amitabh Bachchan who is still at the hospital for being Covid-19 positive got emotional and cried as his granddaughter and ‘bahurani’ returned home.

Big B took to his Instagram to share the great news with his fans. The ‘Piku’ star revealed that he could not help but cry as they left. The caption read, “अपनी छोटी बिटिया , और बहुरानी को ,अस्पताल से मुक्ति मिलने पर ; मैं रोक ना पाया अपने आंसू? प्रभु तेरी कृपा अपार , अपरम्पार ??(sic)”

Expressing his thoughts in his blog Big B wrote, “… they go home the little one and Bahurani .. and the tears flow out .. the little one embraces and tells me not to cry ..’you’ll be home soon’ she assures .. I must believe her.”

Abhishek had also shared the great news of Aaradhya and Aishwarya Rai being tested negative for Covid-19. Abhishek took to his Twitter and wrote, “Thank you all for your continued prayers and good wishes. Indebted forever. ?? Aishwarya and Aaradhya have thankfully tested negative and have been discharged from the hospital. They will now be at home. My father and I remain in hospital under the care of the medical staff.”
