Amitabh Bachchan’s granddaughter Navya Naveli Nanda joins battle to raise awareness about teenage pregnancy

Amitabh Bachchan’s granddaughter Navya Naveli Nanda is often seen talking about women empowerment, mental health, and other issues on social media. Recently, she shared a post of joining foundations on their initiatives “to raise awareness about adolescent sexual health & rights and ending teenage pregnancy”.

Navya Naveli Nanda wrote in her post that she has teamed up with the initiatives namely Yuvaa and Ab Meri Baari to raise awareness about teenage pregnancy. She further wrote that this issue is “severely undercovered amongst teenagers but is also a grassroots problem that inhibits many young women in India today”. Towards the end of the post, she wrote that “it’s time we listen, speak, and implement actionable solutions to give young India a better future”.

Navya grabs the headlines not only for her socially relevant posts but she is rumoured to be dating Jaaved Jaaferi’s son Meezaan for which she has been in news for the longest time. Though they haven’t confirmed their relationship, their comments on each other posts spark the rumours again and again. Recently, on Meezaan’s birthday, Navya shared a picture wishing him on his special day. Meezaan reacted to Navya’s birthday wish with a black heart on it.

Meanwhile, Navya’s granddad Amitabh Bachchan is back at work after his eye surgery. The actor took to Instagram to share a picture of himself. In another post, he was seen dancing on a peppy number. Navya Naveli Nanda commented with a heart emoji and wrote, “Love you.”
