Amitabh Bachchan attends prayer meet held for father Harivansh Rai Bachchan in Poland

Legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan recently attended a prayer meeting in Poland held in honour of his late father Harivansh Rai Bachchan. The ‘Deewar’ actor shared pictures from the prayer meet and it will truly warm your heart.

Amitabh Bachchan took to his Twitter handle to share pictures from the prayer meeting that was held in Poland in remembrance of his late father Harivansh Rai Bachchan. The ‘Piku’ actors’ post read, “At one of the oldest Churches in Europe, in Poland a prayer for Babuji .. so touched and such an emotional moment .. his soul must be at peace and love .. Thank you Bishop and the people of Poland .. such an honour (sic).”

In the pictures, a smiling Amitabh Bachchan is seen standing next to a picture of his father in a church which was embellished with structures and lights. Harivansh Rai Bachchan was a renowned poet of his time and his poetry is loved and appreciated till date.
