Amitabh Bachchan thanks ‘Brahmastra’ co-star Ranbir Kapoor for giving him elixir of life

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan is currently busy shooting for his upcoming film ‘Brahmastra’ which also feature real-life lovebirds Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role. Taking to social media, Amitabh Bachchan shared a picture showcasing Ranbir Kapoor is taking a selfie with Bachchan. In the caption, ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ actor thanked ‘Sanju’ actor for giving him the elixir of life.

It is to be noted that this would be for the first time when Ranbir Kapoor will be sharing the screen space with Alia Bhatt. Fans must be busy wondering what elixir, Big B is talking about.

Earlier, Amitabh Bachchan had written in his blog how the young talents have special gifts and thoughts. “And later time spent with Ayan and Ranbir upstairs to talk ‘Brahmastra’ from the morrow together .. and to discuss film and content and cinema. The young have some very special gifts and thoughts,” he wrote.

Talking about ‘Brahmastra’, he said, it is a universe by itself, for itself and of itself. He wrote in his blog,  “The night still works. The rain doth excuse itself, the winds they express presence .. the slush envelopes the mandatory ‘dry day’ and the work for the nights nears its end well almost. This is ‘Brahmastra’ after all. It is a universe by itself, for itself, of itself with a mere minor change. It is eventually for us all this be its finality If the massive giant equipment be any proof on the making of the film in its largeness be assured and convinced.”

‘Brahmastra’ is directed and produced by Ayan Mukerji and Dharma Production respectively.
