Actor Amitabh Bachchan is overwhelmed as Kalki 2898 AD is doing phenomenal business at the box office in the worldwide markets. As the movie has crossed Rs 1000 crores at the box office, Amitabh is starstruck with the success which is a routine for Prabhas. On Wednesday, a video was shared on Instagram where Amitabh Bachchan feels grateful to be a part of this massive film.

In the video, we get to see some BTS moments of Big B’s character and he is heard saying, “For Prabhas, this may be something of a routine because a lot of his films cross this ₹1000 crore figure. But for me, I am truly indebted and very grateful to have been made a part of this huge concept called Kalki“.

Talking about the movie, the central character of this cinematic marvel is Amitabh ji whose powerful performance has captivated audiences. In the film, Bachchan plays the immortal Ashwatthama, delivering high-octane sequences. He showcased his physicality and dynamism, proving that age is just a number. His portrayal embodied strength, wisdom, and an indomitable spirit. The film reimagines the epic Mahabharata in a sci-fi world.

Directed by Nag Ashwin, Kalki 2898 AD also stars Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Disha Patani and Kamal Haasan. The movie has already crossed the Rs 1000 crore mark at the worldwide box office.
