Amitabh Bachchan to reunite with Shoojit Sircar for his next

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan has been signed by director Shoojit Sircar for his next film.

Shoojit and Bachchan worked together in “Piku”, which was a huge hit. Now, the two are again coming together for a project that would be produced by Shoojit.

“We have signed Amitabh Bachchan for a film that I would be producing. We share a great relationship and it’s always an honour to work with him. It is going to be a Delhi based film,” Shoojit told PTI, without divulging much details about the project.

The film will be produced by Shoojit’s production house – Rising Sun Films.

“We have locked a script and it will be helmed by a new director Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury,” the “Vicky Donor” director said.

The film will start rolling in February 2016.
