Amitabh Bachchan welcomes ‘bhaiyu’ Abhishek as he returns home after recovering from Covid-19

Abhishek Bachchan had finally tested Covid-19 negative. He was discharged from Nanavati hospital yesterday (August 8). Abhishek took to his Instagram handle and wrote, “I TOLD YOU!!! Discharge plan: YES!!This afternoon I tested Covid-19 NEGATIVE.Thank you all for your prayers and wishes. I’m so happy to be able to go home.#believe My eternal gratitude to the doctors and nursing staff at Nanavati Hospital for taking such good care of me and my family and helping us beat Covid-19. We couldn’t have done it without them. ??”.

Amitabh also shared the good news with his fans, “T 3620 – Abhishek tests negative for CoviD .. discharged from Hospital .. on his way home .. GOD IS GREAT .... thank you Ef and well wishers for your PRAYERS ..”

Abhishek was admitted to the hospital along with his father on July 11 after testing positive for the virus. Big B recovered earlier and he was discharged from the hospital a few days back. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Aaradhya were also tested Covid-19 positive but they were also discharged after they tested negative.
