Amitabh Bachchan shares a heartwarming post as daughter Shweta publishes her first book

Bollywood’s megastar Amitabh Bachchan recently took to his social media handle and shared an emotional post for his daughter Shweta Bachchan Nanda, praising her for publishing her first novel. In his post, the 75-year-old actor shared a photo of Shweta’s debut book, along with which he wrote, “… that moment when your daughter hands you her first authored book, it’s like when you first held her when she was born .. .. the birth of a creative talent .. and my prayers and blessings.” Last month, when Shweta announced her debut on her social media, Big B shared her post and tweeted, “Father’s pride .. and the blessings of Dada ji .. love you.”

Big B’s daughter Shweta had recently launched her clothing line with fashion designer Monisha Jaisingh. The launch was a well-attended affair with the who’s who of Bollywood making their presence felt. Now she has added another feather to her hat and is all set to release her first book titled ‘Paradise Towers’.

On the professional front, the megastar is all geared up for his upcoming release ‘Thugs of Hindostan’. The Vijay Krishna Acharya directorial also stars Aamir Khan, Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Shaikh in the lead role. Recently the makers had unveiled the trailer that had left fans impressed. The movie is slated to hit the theatres on November 8.

Amitabh Bachchan will also be seen in Ayan Mukerji’s upcoming release ‘Brahmastra’ with Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Mouni Roy. He is also hosting the new season of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’.
