Amrita Singh forbids daughter Sara Ali Khan from wearing a bikini on-screen?

Saif Ali Khan and his ex-wife Amrita Singh’s daughter, Sara Ali Khan is all set to make her big Bollywood debut soon. The star kid is said to be making her debut with Karan Johar’s ‘Student Of The Year 2’.

Latest report on the same suggested how Sara will be featuring in three different bikini scenes in the film and got everyone super excited. However, apparently, Sara’s mom, Amrita, is not quite up for the idea. The veteran actress is apparently not happy with Sara wearing a bikini in her debut film and has already given an ultimatum to the makers that either the bikini scenes are out or Sara is out of ‘SOTY 2’.  And reason for the same, seems to be quite shocking. (Also Read: Sara Ali Khan is making heads turn with her trendy avatar. A source says, “Once she heard the scenes, Amrita said no as she feels that she’s not a part of the Pataudis after her divorce from Saif Ali Khan. His mother Sharmila Tagore had worn a bikini in her film ‘An Evening In Paris’ (1967). Saif’s sister Soha too donned a bikini in her film ‘Mr Joe B Carvalho’ (2014) and his wife Kareena Kapoor has worn them in her films. Amrita wants her daughter to be like her and not the Pataudis. Producer Karan Johar is keen on getting the bikini scenes out of the film hence the delay in announcing the cast of ‘SOTY2’. Amrita wants Sara to be known more for her acting chops than her body.” Apparently, Amrita herself has never sported a bikini in her entire career and also wants her daughter to be like her.

Now we really don’t know how much of this is true. In past we have heard stories of Amrita being upset with Kareena for having a bad influence on her daughter, but later on, Amrita had rubbished all these reports. So even this bit of news is a little hard to believe.

‘Student Of The Year 2’ is directed by Punit Malhotra and also features Tiger Shroff in the main lead.
