An FIR to be lodged against Kapil Sharma. Read all the details!

The recent talk topic of the town is the controversial tweet posted by comedian Kapil Sharma, against the corruption prevailing in the ministry. Apparently, the comedian had to bride the official to get his work done and he openly revealed this on a public platform. Since then situation has turned tougher for him. A recent update states that an FIR would be filed against him.

According to the reports in a leading portal, Kapil Sharma carried out some illegal construction in his Goregaon flat. A civic body had lodged a complaint on June 23, against the comedian under the Maharashtra Regional Town Planning Act (MRTP) 1966 for carrying out unauthorized construction in his flat. An issue was noticed against him, but to no avail. A second time notice had been sent to him as he failed to restore the construction. Kapil also failed to give a satisfactory reply to the notice and hence, the Oshiwara police is planning to file a panchnama and FIR against the star.
