Anant Ambani-Radhika Merchant Wedding: David Beckham and Victoria Beckham to attend the star-studded festivities? Here’s what we know

David Beckham and his wife Victoria Beckham have reportedly been invited to the wedding of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. David is a famous former footballer, whilst his wife Victoria is singer and a designer. Anant, the youngest son of the wealthy Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani, will marry Radhika on July 12.

According to India Today, David and Victoria have received an invitation to this grand event. After his visit in 2023, it is believed that David will return to India to bless the couple on their big day. The Ambani family shares a connection with David, having hosted the renowned former footballer at their luxurious residence, Antilia in Mumbai, during his three-day tour of India as a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador in 2023.

During this visit, the family posed with Beckham and presented him with a Mumbai Indians jersey bearing the number seven. He also attended the ODI World Cup 2023 semi-final between India and New Zealand at the Wankhede Stadium on November 15.

Last week, pop star Justin Bieber headlined the sangeet ceremony of Anant and Radhika. The event also featured performances by Punjabi singers Karan Aujla and Badshah. Numerous Bollywood celebrities, including Salman Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Kiara Advani, Sidharth Malhotra, Ananya Panday, Deepika Padukone, and Vicky Kaushal, were in attendance. The celebration took place at The Grand Theatre in the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC).

After months of pre-wedding festivities, Anant and Radhika, are set to tie the knot on July 12. Their wedding will span three days, featuring three events: Shubh Vivaah, followed by Shubh Aashirwad on July 13. Finally conclude with Mangal Utsav, or the wedding reception, on July 14.

The wedding celebrations began on March 1 in Jamnagar, Gujarat. Prior to Justin Bieber’s performance, other international artists like Rihanna, Katy Perry, Backstreet Boys, and Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli performed at Anant and Radhika’s pre-wedding events.
