Businessmen Mukesh Ambani’s young son Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant are all set to tie the know and their pre-wedding festivities began with Mameru ceremony. The ceremony is taking place at their residence in Antilia and the venue is spectacularly decorated. From the family following the pink and orange themed dress code to the lighted venue, the function looks grand. Adding a touch of royalty to the ceremony was Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s entry on jungle-themed rath.
Jungle-themed rath arrives at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s mameru ceremony
The couple’s pre-wedding festivity kicked off with mameru ceremony at Antilia. For the function, a jungle-themed decorated rath was seen arriving at the venue. In another special video, the soon-to-be-married duo could be seen standing on top of the jungle-themed rath and greeting the family. Waving and flaunting their biggest smiles to the shutterbugs, Anant and Radhika looked madly in love while twinning in orange-hued attires. The chariot preaches environmental safety and pays a tribute to Anant’s dream project, the Vantara animal rehabilitation centre in Jamnagar.

The wedding ceremonies will kick off on July 12 with the Shubh Vivah function. The Shubh Aashirwad ceremony on July 13 will follow it. It will conclude with the Mangal Utsav or wedding reception on July 14. According to sources, the Mumbai wedding is expected to feature performances by Adele, Drake, and Lana Del Rey. The events will be a gala affair with all the Bollywood celebs, politicians, and renowned business tycoons under one roof. The grand wedding will take place at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai’s Bandra-Kurla Complex.
Ahead of the wedding, the Ambani family hosted a ‘Samuh Vivah’ (mass wedding) on July 2nd. There over 50 underprivileged couples from Palghar were married. Before this, they hosted a 3-days pre-wedding extravaganza in Jamnagar. After this, the couple took off with their family members and other celebrities on a cruise across Europe.
