Ananya Panday discusses wedding plans with BFF Shanaya Kapoor

Fabulous Lives Of Bollywood Wives returned yesterday with its second season on Netflix and the show has become a hot topic of discussion ever since. With the stunning divas Maheep Kapoor, Seema Sajdeh, Bhavana Pandey and Neelam Kothari returning to show more of the world of Bollywood, there were a lot of revelations made, relationships discussed and all in all a lot of drama and emotions. Ananya Panday also appeared in the show in a special appearance and made some revelations about her wedding plans.

One of the biggest highlights of the season was Bhavana’s decision to renew her wedding vows with Chunky Panday in a public ceremony. As she told more and more people about it through the show, she received some polarising reactions from people, but at the end of it, it was quite a beautiful ceremony that was officiated by Farah Khan.

When Bhavana and Chunky told about their plan to daughters Ananya Panday and Rysa, the sisters were not as thrilled, but they eventually agreed to it. During the ceremony, when Chunky kissed Bhavana, the daughters were left feeling a bit embarassed, and Ananya discussed that with her BFF Shanaya Kapoor.

During their conversation, Ananya said to Shanaya, “The kiss was a bit much. Like I allowed a peck but I was not prepared for the… (smooch).” To which Shanaya replied, “Your dad, he was like ‘don’t go’.” When Ananya asked Shanaya what would her reaction be if her parents, Sanjay Kapoor and Maheep Kapoor did that, the soon-to-be debutante said. “I won’t be okay, like you were still okay. I would just be like ‘I’m leaving’. I would’ve left, it would’ve been too much for me. You’ve seen my dad dude. He can never hold my mom’s hand in front of us.”

However, the whole environment of love had an effect on the two ladies and they even discussed their own wedding plans. When Ananya asked Shanaya if she feels like getting married after this, the Bedhadak actress said, “I feel like between you and me, you’d get married,” to which Ananya replied, “I love love.”

Shanaya further added, “I mean even I do, but I am not like, Oh My God! I am dying to like (get married).” Ananya Panday then revealed how she imagined her wedding to be like. “My whole idea was like, I was going to get married with them again. Waiting for that to happen. I’m like dreading.”

Shanaya then went on to predict the marriage order for Ananya, Suhana Khan and her as she said, “It will be first you, Suhana and then me. But I want a traditional wedding.” Even Ananya shared her wedding plans saying, “Same, I want like three weddings. I want to have like a function.”

Now that the actresses have shared their wedding plans, the excitement to see it turn into reality has increased and it’s for sure that they will indeed make for some beautiful brides.
