Ananya Panday on getting used to trolling and criticism: Don’t think it will ever get resolved

Ananya Panday has been a part of the Hindi film industry for three years now and in this just short span of time, she has been able to establish herself as one of the most sought-after leading actresses in Bollywood. This week, she is all set to make her pan-India debut as well as she features alongside Vijay Deverakonda in Puri Jagannadh’s action-drama Liger.

For the promotions of the film, the leading duo of Ananya Panday and Vijay Deverakonda have been touring across the country and the love that they have been receiving is immeasurable. However, as much love as they are receiving, Ananya has been subjected to the other side of it as well. From the beginning of her career, the actress has been a victim of trolling and criticism throughout and during her recent appearance on Koffee With Karan 7, she spoke about how she used to wonder what wrong she has done as a 22 year old to receive such hatred.

In a recent media interaction, when the actress was asked if that feeling has started to get resolved in her heart, she responded, “No, I don’t think it will ever get resolved. I think I have days where some things really affect me and I feel really bad like the other day I just read something about me that affected me. But I also have moments where I get over it and I feel strong and I feel I can deal with it. For me, I am trying to focus more on just improving myself as an actor and getting better so that I don’t give people any chance to doubt me.”
