Anil Kapoor says ‘every moment has been nothing short of epic’ as he makes a romantic note for wife Sunita Kapoor on 40th wedding anniversary

Actor Anil Kapoor is celebrating his 40th wedding anniversary with his wife Sunita Kapoor today, May 19. They got married in 1984 but knew each other 11 years before that. They have three kids – Sonam Kapoor, Rhea Kapoor and Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor and all have forayed into Bollywood as actors and producers. As it’s their 40th wedding anniversary, Anil Kapoor shared some unseen throwback pictures from his courting days to his wedding with Sunita.

Along with the pictures which by the way are priceless, the Nayak actor even penned a romantic note. He said he married the love of his life, a best friend and since then life ‘has been nothing short of epic’. He wrote, “Forty years ago today, I married the love of my life, my best friend, and my rock. Sunita, our journey began 11 years before that, and every moment since has been nothing short of epic. From our early days of love and laughter to raising our beautiful family, we’ve created countless memories that fill my heart with joy and pride.“
