Tanushree Dutta‘s allegations on Nana Patekar has triggered an outburst of many #MeToo stories. Post Tanushree’s allegations, many actresses have shared their ordeals with big names like Alok Nath, Sajid Khan, Subhash Ghai, Vikas Bhal and Luv Ranjan facing the heat. The #MeToo movement has also been backed by many celebs including Anil Kapoor.

Anil Kapoor has commented saying that the world should listen to women who are coming out with their sexual harassment cases.  In an interview to ANI, the 61-year-old actor said, “I have three women in my house and they’re fiercely independent. I’m a listener and I think the world should also be a listener and listen to whatever they have to say.”

“For me, girls are superior in every aspect and I have said that always. What is happening is fantastic,”  added the actress.

Earlier, Sonam Kapoor too supported Tanushree through her tweet. She tweeted, “I believe #TanushreeDatta and @janiceseq85 recollection of the account. Janice is my friend, and she is anything but an exaggerator or a liar. And it’s upto us to stand together.”

Every day, new names from the industry are surfacing on the internet as the #MeToo movement is gathering momentum. Many bigwigs who dodged questions regarding Tanushree and #MeToo movement have now come forward in support. The likes of Aamir Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Hrithik Roshan and Akshay Kumar have all come out in support of the movement.
