Anil Kapoor sends his best wishes to ‘Hawkeye’ star Jeremy Renner: Praying for your speedy recovery

Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor has wished his ‘Rennervations’ co-star Jeremy Renner a speedy recovery. The Avenger star who essayed the role of Hawkeye in the Marvel franchise, injured himself while ploughing snow at his home in Reno, Nevada. He was in the intensive care unit after undergoing surgery on Monday.

Anil Kapoor has starred with Renner in the upcoming Disney+ series “Rennervations”. The Ram Lakhan star took to Instagram Stories to send his best wishes and a virtual hug to the two-time Oscar nominee. “Praying for your speedy recovery Jeremy @jeremyrenner,” the 66-year-old actor wrote on Twitter alongside a photo with the Marvel star.

Anil Kapoor and Jeremy Renner had previously starred in Tom Cruise’s 2011 movie ‘Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol‘. But they had not shared any screen space with each other in the movie.

According to his spokesperson, Jeremy Runner was injured on Sunday after experiencing a weather-related accident while ploughing snow. The 51-year-old actor is receiving “excellent care”. “We can confirm Jeremy is in critical but stable condition with injuries suffered after experiencing a weather-related accident while ploughing snow earlier today. His family is with him and he is receiving excellent care.”

In a statement, publicist Samantha Mast said the 51-year-old actor had “suffered blunt chest trauma and orthopaedic injuries” in the accident on Sunday.

The actor was recently in India shooting for Rennervation slated to be released this year. He will also be seen in the second season of “Mayor of Kingstown”, set to premiere on January 15 on Paramount+.

Anil Kapoor on the other hand has Fighter with Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone in his kitty.
