‘Manikarnika’ actress Ankita Lokhande dismisses marriage rumours

Along with Kangana Ranaut, actress Ankita Lokhande is currently busy in promoting the upcoming film ‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’. In the meantime, if the rumours are to be believed, Ankita Lokhande will be marrying soon. The actress will tie the knot with alleged boyfriend Vicky Jain this year. However, the actress has denied all the rumours of getting hooked up.

In an interview with Bombay Times, Ankita said, “If it happens, I will let you know and invite you for the wedding. I can’t say anything right now, but there are no plans, yet.”

She added, “I am just focusing on work at the moment.”

It is to be noted that Ankita has been vocal about her relationship with Vicky and agrees to have been in love with him. Previously, she was in a relationship with her ‘Pavitra Rishta’ co-actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The couple parted ways.

Ankita then started dating businessman Vicky Jain. She also happens to be very close to Vicky’s family. Ankita Lokhande would be seen playing the role of Jhalkaribai in the upcoming movie ‘Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi’. This film would mark Ankita’s debut entry into the world of Bollywood. The film, which is set to release on 25^th January, has Kangana Ranaut in a lead role.

With the film, Kangana will also be making her directorial debut. The film also stars Jishu Sengupta, Suresh Oberoi, Danny Denzongappa, Atul Kulkarni and Zeeshan Ayub among others. The film is written by the writers of ‘Baahubali’ and ‘Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’.
