Another entry in ‘Sultan’ race, Scarlett Wilson opposite Salman Khan?

‘Sultan‘ is one of the most anticipated films of 2016 as it stars the ‘blockbuster machine’ Salman Khan. Since the project has been started, there were many speculations about who will star opposite Salman Khan. Parineeti Chopra’s name kept coming often till she confirmed on her twitter account about not signing this project. Mandana Karimi a household name after her participation in ‘Bigg Boss’ season 9 hosted by the ‘Bajrangi’ star was the latest girl to be rumored for taking this part. But there is a new addition to the list. Let’s have a look at this.

Recently, Scarlett Wilson who is popular for her participation in the dance reality show ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’ season 8 this year had interacted with Salman Khan at a recent awards ceremony. Sources say, “Security around Salman’s van was tight but the actor stepped out of his van to talk to her and the duo seemed to have an intense conversation for around 20 minutes. After that Salman excused himself and headed to Alia Bhatt’s van to catch up with her. Considering the timing, and that the Sultan casting is on, one can only wonder if Scarlett was trying her luck for a role in the film.”

If Scarlett Wilson take up this part it would be a big feature debut for the actress who is known for her dance numbers in films like ‘Baahubali’ and ‘Shanghai.’

Salman Khan who has started shooting for ‘Sultan’ where he plays an wrestler said, “The shooting is going on, it is going good,” at an awards ceremony.

‘Sultan’ is directed by Ali Abbas Zafar under the banner of Yash Raj Films. The film is slated to come during the festival of Eid clashing with Shah Rukh Khan starrer ‘Raees’ which will release on July 8, 2016.
