The #MeToo movement has started in India with Tanushree Dutt speaking up about being harassed by veteran actor Nana Patekar. After this, from common people to celebs, many have opened up on similar incidents that they have been through. In fact, in Bollywood, names of many renowned celebs like Rajat Kapoor, Kailash Kher, Kanan Gill and Vikas Bahl among others have cropped in. Kangana Ranaut accused the ‘Queen’ director Vikas Bahl of behaving inappropriately with her. Now yet another actress has opened up on the same.
In an interview with India Today, Kangana said that Vikas would often boast about having casual sex with a new partner every day even though he was married. Another actress revealed to Miss Malini that she too was sexually harassed by Vikas Bahl. She is a renowned name in Bollywood and revealed her story to the leading portal on the condition of anonymity.
Recalling the incident, the actress said it was during a party with at least 20 people there. Vikas forcibly tried to kiss her on the lips. “I pushed him and left immediately and he pretended not to see me leaving,” said the actress.
She also said that Vikas always pretends to be drunk. “That’s his strategy, he pretends to be drunk. He caught the corner of my mouth when he tried to kiss me and I pushed him, not enough people were around to have seen it. But after I left he kept asking, “Are you hungry, should I make you some kebabs, did you eat?”
The actress said that even his ex-wife knew about it. She said, “His ex-wife knew about his shenanigans too. He’s basically ruined her life. He got fired from some places he worked at before on similar ground.”
Earlier too, Vikas had been accused of sexual misconduct by an employee from Phantom Films. Anurag Kashyap and Vikramaditya Motwane also dissolved Phantom Films holding Vikas responsible for it.
