The moment the trailer of ‘The Accidental Prime Minister’ released, it got embroiled into controversy due to some of the scenes in the trailer. It created a stir on social media. The trailer was removed from YouTube creating speculation that it has been pulled down due to the backlash it faced. Anupam Kher, who is playing former PM Dr. Manmohan Singh, took to Twitter to show his concern on the disappearance of the trailer from YouTube.
Today, Mr. Kher took an auto rickshaw ride and asked the driver about the trailer. He posted the video on his Twitter handle where he can be seen having a conversation with the driver. The conversation starts with the actor asking the driver if he has watched the trailer and what he learnt from it. To which Vijay Prajapati, the driver says, “Mujhe ye movie isliye dekhna hain, kyunki mujhe janna hain kaun galat hai, kaun sahi.” (I want to watch the movie to know who is right and who is wrong). When asked what he learned about the trailer, the driver said, “Bhrastachar kaisa hota hain, ye sikha hain.” (I learned how corruption happens). Have a look at the video below.
