Anupam Kher gives health updates on mother and brother’s family who all tested Covid-19 positive

On Sunday, Anupam Kher shared the news that his mother Dulari along with his brother, sister-in-law and niece had tested positive for coronavirus. His mother was admitted to Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai while Anupam’s brother and his family have quarantined in their house. Today, Anupam gave an important update on mother Dulari’s health and his other family members.

Sharing a throwback picture of his mom, Anupam wrote, “Mom is better than before. So are Raju, Reema and Vrinda. God is kind!!”.

A couple of days back, Anupam had shared a video on Instagram and said he told his mother that she has an infection and not Coronavirus positive. He said in the video, “Though we told her you have an infection not COVID-19, she understands because she is surrounded by people. It is important that we take care of our parents and tell them that we love them. Words are important.”

Earlier sharing the news, Anupam tweeted, “From the last few days, my mother – Dulari, suffered from a loss of appetite and she used to sleep a lot, post which she got her blood test which came out normal. After which the doctor advised us to get her CT scan done which showed her as mild Covid positive.” He also revealed that he had tested negative.
