Anupam Kher meets PM Narendra Modi, gives him THIS special gift, See Pics

Anupam Kher recently met with the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi and he gave him quite the special gift. The actor took to his social media account and shared pictures from his meeting with the PM and also penned a heartfelt note for him.

In the pictures, Anupam is seen giving the PM rudraksha mala (prayer beads) which were from his mother Dulari Kher. In the pics, The Kashmir Files actor was seen wearing a white shirt, black pants and a Nehru jacket. PM Modi, on the other hand, wore a white kurta set. The duo posed together for the pics, at PM Modi’s official residence, 7, Lok Kalyan Marg.

Anupam took to his Twitter account and wrote, “Respected Prime Minister @narendramodi Ji. Both the mind and the soul were pleased to meet you today. I got a chance to say thank you for the hard work you are doing day and night for the country and the countrymen. I and Dulari ji will always remember the reverence with which you accepted the rudraksha mala sent by my mother to protect you. May God always shower his blessings on you. And keep giving energy to all of us like this! Jai Hind!”

To which the PM replied and said, “Thanks a lot @AnupamPKher Yes. It is only the blessings of the respected Mataji and the countrymen, which keeps motivating me continuously for the service of Mother Bharati.”

Anupam Kher was recently widely applauded for his role in the Vivek Agnihotri directorial The Kashmir Files which was released in theatres on March 11. The movie went on to do a business of ₹339.49 crores at the box office as per reports.
