Anupam Kher – No plans of joining active politics

Anupam Kher has always been vocal about his viewpoints but the actor says he is happy as an actor and has no intentions of taking the plunge into politics.

In a Twitter chat, a fan questioned whether the 60-year-old actor has any plans of following the footsteps of his actress-politician wife Kirron Kher in the near future.

To which Anupam replied, “Not at all. I am happy to be an actor and teacher and a Motivational Speaker.”

The “Prem Ratan Dhan Payo” actor, who recently led a tolerance march in the national capital, said he does not have any political ideology.

“I have Indian Ideology. Also everybody is free to express what they think is right.”
