Anurag Kashyap’s daughter Aaliyah reveals his new look after angioplasty; check video

Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap recently had mild chest pain and was admitted to a hospital in Mumbai. He underwent an angioplasty and was at home. His daughter, Aaliyah Kashyap shared a short video of her father’s new look on her Instagram stories post the surgery. In the video, Anurag was seen with a bald look and bushy eyebrows. Well, before you all think that this is Anurag’s real look after the surgery. Then, it is not. Aaliyah has apparently made this look of her dad via one of Snapchat’s filters. He was seen in a blue t-shirt and a black mask was seen hanging around his neck and he was smiling in the video.

Earlier, Anurag’s spokesperson confirmed the news of his surgery and said, “Yes, he underwent an angioplasty. He is now recuperating.” A source also said that Anurag is advised to rest for a week before getting back to work.

On the work front, Anurag Kashyap was last seen with Anil Kapoor in Vikramaditya Motwane’s AK vs AK, which released on Netflix in 2020. He had wrapped up the shooting of Dobaaraa where he collaborated with Taapsee Pannu.

Talking about his daughter Aaliyah, she is currently studying in the US. But she returned to Mumbai recently. She more often grabs the headlines. She posts videos where she speaks about dealing with depression and anxiety. She herself had the issue where she had panic attacks and there were situations when she ended up in the hospital.
