Anurag Kashyap to have a cameo in Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s ‘Bole Chudiyaan’

Filmmaker-actor Anurag Kashyap and Nawazuddin Siddiqui share a great rapport. Together, they have worked in films like ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’ and ‘Raman Raghav 2.0’. They have even teamed up for ‘Sacred Games’, the first Netflix original series in India. And now, they are all set to collaborate once again. But this time, Nawaz won’t be acting in Kashyap’s film.

Instead, they will be sharing screen space. Yes, you read that right.

In Nawaz’s upcoming film ‘Bole Chudiyaan‘, Anurag will be making a special appearance. Interestingly, the film marks the directorial debut of Nawaz’s brother Shamas Siddiqui.

Without revealing much about his role in the film, Kashyap told Mumbai Mirror, “I am doing the film but that’s all I know for now. This is the first time Nawaz has asked me to do anything and I trust him.”

Earlier, television sensation Mouni Roy was confirmed to be cast opposite Nawaz in this romantic drama. However, she walked out of the film and now the makers are hunting for another actress. While they are yet to finalize the actress, we are glad to know that Anurag and Nawaz will be seen in the same frame. And it’s not every day that we get to see a director and an actor of their calibre share screen space.
