Anushka Sharma is one of the most loved stars of Bollywood. The actress is prepping hard for her upcoming film, Chakda Xpress. She has been sharing pictures and videos of herself playing cricket and training hard. On Wednesday, Anushka took to her Instagram Stories to share a selfie and revealed one thing she regrets not doing in her childhood.
The actress revealed that she regrets not playing cricket as a child. Sharing a selfie, she wrote, “Kaash bachpan mein kuch toh cricket khela hota, toh aaj haalat aisi na hoti.”
On Tuesday, Anushka shared a selfie and flaunted her tanned look. Sharing the photo, she wrote, “Tan on ten.”
Anushka had announced her film ‘Chakda Xpress’ in January. Sharing a video on Instagram, she had captioned, “It is a really special film because it is essentially a story of tremendous sacrifice. Chakda Xpress is inspired by the life and times of former Indian captain Jhulan Goswami and it will be an eye-opener into the world of women’s cricket.”
She added, “At a time when Jhulan decided to become a cricketer and make her country proud on the global stage, it was very tough for women to even think of playing the sport. This film is a dramatic retelling of several instances that shaped her life and also women’s cricket.”
On the personal front, Anushka is married to cricketer Virat Kohli. They have a daughter –Vamika Kohli. The couple often shares photos with their daughter. However, they have not yet revealed her face. Anushka and Virat are very protective of their baby girl. On Mother’s Day, Anushka shared a throwback picture with her daughter and it is beyond cute.
