Anushka Sharma has a surprising reaction to Karan Johar’s revelation about her debut

Recently, in an interview with the cast of ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’, Karan Johar revealed a candid fact, which could have changed Anushka Sharma’s whole career! Well, he did not want Aditya Chopra to cast her opposite Shah Rukh Khan in ‘Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’, a debut which won her numerous accolades! Unbelievable, right? However, Anushka has a surprising reaction to this revelation.

While speaking to an entertainment portal, the actress said, “I just think it reassures me that if you keep working hard you can turn opinion of people around. It is big of him to accept something on national TV and he said I take my words back that’s so sweet of him.”

“I always wanted to be part of Karan’s film so I don’t care what happened before. Someone who didn’t want me to be in any films and taking me in his own film is a big achievement,” she further added.

Well, that’s a sweet response indeed. We are so glad that Aditya Chopra anyway went ahead and introduced us to this talent powerhouse.

Anushka will be next seen in Karan Johar’s directorial comeback ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’, which will hit the theatres on October 28. It also stars Ranbir Kapoor and Aishwarya Rai.
