Anushka Sharma and Karnesh Ssharma share UNSEEN pics on Raksha Bandhan and they are pure gold

Actor Anushka Sharma is a doting daughter, wife, mother, and also a sister. On the occasion of Raksha Bandhan on Sunday, Anushka took to her Instagram handle to wish her brother Karnesh Ssharma with unseen pics. In the first picture, they were seen as kids, while the second picture seemed to be a candid snap from one of Anushka’s wedding rituals. She was seen wearing a red dupatta on her head, with mehendi on her hands and feet.

“The unbreakable bond …,” Anushka captioned while sharing the pics with a red heart emoji and tagged Karnesh. Karnesh also shared a Raksha Bandhan post for his sister Anushka. “Only (heart emojis) @anushkasharma. Happy rakshabandhan,” he wrote. Karnesh posted a bunch of old photos, right from their childhood in school uniforms to one with their dad to Anushka’s pic from Diwali celebrations when he was pregnant. These pictures warmed the cockles of our hearts.

Anushka and Karnesh have their own production house, Clean Slate Filmz. They have produced some content-driven films like NH10, Pari and Bulbbul and Paatal Lok. They have also produced Qala, which marks the acting debut of Irrfan Khan’s son Babil Khan.

Earlier in an interview with Hindustan Times, while talking about his professional relationship with Anushka, Karnesh had said, “It’s good, it’s bad, very bad, sometimes torturous and suicidal”. Anushka agreed, “He’s right, it’s not all good, because somewhere, as family, you take each other for granted. When you have to speak to somebody from your workspace, you’ll be tactful. But with your sibling, you talk with no holds barred. So, sometimes, we end up fighting. But these are things we are both aware of. The good bit that comes out of working together is far more. Also, we are too close. If we didn’t have such a strong relationship, it would’ve been different. In our case, he is my best friend.”

Anushka is currently in London with her husband Virat Kohli and daughter Vamika.
