Anushka Sharma on her lip job: I’m human and not perfect

When Anushka Sharma made her first public appearance on ‘Koffee with Karan’ post her lip surgery, the social media went into frenzy. Her lip job was apparent and her decision to go under the knife was trolled left, right and centre. Many made fun of her while many just criticized her for letting go of her natural beauty, but at the end, it’s her decision. She didn’t speak much about the same in public, but in her latest interview with Vogue magazine, Salman Khan’s ‘Sherni’ from ‘Sultan’, Anushka, opened up about her lip job.

Anushka was quoted saying, “I have nothing to hide. So when I spoke about my lip job, a lot of people called me brave for coming out. But I did what I had to [for my role in Bombay Velvet]. I’m not going to lie and say I didn’t; I had to take ownership. I wanted fans to know that I’m human and not perfect.”

Well said lady! No one is perfect and confidence is all that matters!

Anyway, on the work front, Anushka Sharma will be soon seen in Salman Khan’s film much-awaited film ‘Sultan’ wherein she will show off some off her wrestling moves.
