A few days ago, Anushka attended the international luxury giant Christian Dior’s ongoing India-inspired Pre-fall 2023 show in Mumbai. Anushka was joined by husband, cricketer Virat Kohli. For the event, Anushka opted for a yellow dress and looked beyond beautiful. The actress had shared her pictures flaunting her beautiful dress.
She had also shared pictures with husband Virat from the fun night.
On the work front, Anushka will be seen in Chakda Xpress. Anushka starrer is directed by Prosit Roy and is inspired by the journey of former Indian cricketer Jhulan Goswami. Chakda Xpress was announced in January last year. The actress had shared an announcement video along with the caption, “It is a really special film because it is essentially a story of tremendous sacrifice.”
Anushka added, “Chakda Xpress is inspired by the life and times of former Indian captain Jhulan Goswami and it will be an eye-opener into the world of women’s cricket. At a time when Jhulan decided to become a cricketer and make her country proud on the global stage, it was very tough for women to even think of playing the sport. This film is a dramatic retelling of several instances that shaped her life and also women’s cricket.”
In December last year, Anushka wrapped up shooting for Chakda Xpress.
