But the highlight of the match was Indian cricketer Virat Kohli scoring 100 in the match. With this, he beats Sachin Tendulkar’s record by scoring his 50th century. As the entire country was celebrating this feat, his wife Anushka Sharma was just ecstatic to see her husband flourishing in the fields. So much so that, she even flew a bunch of kisses to Virat Kohli as he hit a century.

After he scored 100, Virat Kohli too expressed his gratitude towards his fans and bowed down in front of the crowd. He even sent kisses to his wife Anushka who was sitting at the VIP stadium. The moment was just surreal and it melted our hearts too. What could be better than seeing your partner being a cheerleader for you. That’s the heavenly feeling that everyone crave, right? Well, we are surely manifesting this.

Sachin Tendulkar praises Virat Kohli for his 50th century

The god of cricket even penned a lovely note for Virat after beating his amazing milestone. Sachin wrote, “The first time I met you in the Indian dressing room, you were pranked by other teammates into touching my feet. I couldn’t stop laughing that day. But soon, you touched my heart with your passion and skill. I am so happy that that young boy has grown into a ‘Virat’ player. I couldn’t be happier that an Indian broke my record. And to do it on the biggest stage – in the World Cup Semi-Final – and at my home ground is the icing on the cake.“
