Anushka Sharma shares a glimpse as she preps ‘grip by grip’ for Chakda Xpress

Anushka Sharma has kick-started the prep for her upcoming movie Chakda Xpress. The actress has been prepping for the upcoming and has started with a rigorous workout. In the past few days, Anushka was spotted working out and practicing cricket. Anushka Sharma on Friday shared new pictures from her practise session. As the actress gears up to play Jhulan Goswami on the screen, she gave everyone a glimpse from the ‘grip by grip’ prep for Chakda Xpress. The actress shared photos.

Sharma shared a photo of her holding the ball. Her grip on the ball seems tight and the actress is making sure to learn the game well. Anushka shared a second photo which shows her. The photo features the actress trying to throw the ball, in the correct form.

In the caption of the post, Anushka shared the photos and wrote, “Grip by grip #prep #ChakdaXpress.” She even added a blue heart and bat and ball emoji to the caption.

Anushka Sharma’s post got a reaction from Jhulan Goswami. The cricketer took to the comments section of the post and wrote, “Very Nice.” Neena Gupta reacted and dropped smiley in the comments, while Soha Ali Khan commented, “Awesome!!“

Meanwhile, Sharma had announced her upcoming movie only recently. She shared the teaser video of Chakda Xpress. Anushka even penned a long note, talking about Jhulan Goswami and the contribution of the Indian Women’s Cricket team. She wrote, “Jhulan and her team-mates for revolutionizing women’s cricket in India. It is their hard work, their passion and their undefeated mission to bring attention to women’s cricket that has turned things around for generations to come.” Anushka even said that as a woman, she was proud to hear the story of Goswami and it is an honour for her to try and bring the cricketer’s life to the audience.
