INSIDE PICS: Take a peek into Anushka Sharma & Virat Kohli’s daughter Vamika’s 1st birthday bash

Actor Anushka Sharma and Indian skipper Virat Kohli’s little princess Vamika celebrated her first birthday on January 11. Given the fact that the parents have chosen to let her stay away from the social media glare, both of them have not posted anything regarding their daughter until now. Well, just recently, Anushka took to her Instagram stories and reposted a post that gives us glimpses of Vamika’s first birthday and it is adorable. In one picture, we see Vamika wearing a cute little peach colour frock, is seen playing with cricketer Wriddhiman Saha and his wife Romi Mitra’s daughter Anvi Saha in the garden.

Romi wished Vamika on her first birthday and Anushka reposted it by saying ‘Thank you’. We went through Romi Mitra’s Instagram where she gave us a few more glimpses of her birthday bash that looks amazing and super fun. In the pictures, we saw Vamika written in bronze balloons hanging in what looks like a seating area of a hotel with a scenic backdrop.

On the eve of her daughter’s birthday, Anushka had shared a selfie of herself and her husband Virat Kohli with the caption, “Who goes to bed at 9:30?”

Earlier, during an interview with Grazia, Anushka Sharma spoke about daughter Vamika’s personality and said, “I find her extremely determined. I feel that if she wants to do something then she’s going to do it, and I can tell that it’s going to serve some purpose for her in life. It’s nice to see that because I think I was like that too. My role is to guide and support her, to be her sounding board without micromanaging or being too controlling. I think an important thing to imbibe in your child is to be loving and compassionate towards everybody.”
