Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli are one of the most loved couples of Bollywood. The actress and her cricketer husband have time and again doled out major couple goals. They have done the same once again. Virat and Anushka welcomed 2022 with a loved up post.

Anushka and Virat celebrated New Year’s Eve in South Africa. The actress shared happy pictures from their celebrations together.

Anushka said goodbye to 2021 with these words: “The year that got us the greatest happiness I’ve known. So, deepest gratitude 2021, thank you.”

For the New Year celebrations, Virat Kohli looked dapper in casuals, while Anushka stunned in a striped black and white dress. They were a part New Year cake cutting celebration at a restaurant in South Africa.

Anushka also shared a video of the cake cutting ceremony on her Insta story. The video from the party had the hotel staff shaking to music beats as they all cut a three-tier New Year cake.

For those unversed, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma got married on December 11, 2017, in a close ceremony in Italy. Earlier this year in January, the two became parents to a baby girl Vamika.

On the professional front, Anushka Sharma has two films in the pipeline. She will be seen in Navdeep Singh’s ‘Kaneda’, and a biopic of cricketer Jhulan Goswami. The actress produced the web series ‘Paatal Lok’ and the film ‘Bulbbul’ for OTT last year. She also announced her next project as a producer – a Netflix original series titled Mai.
