Anushka Sharma to be by Virat Kohli’s side for World Cup 2019, but there’s a twist

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma keep giving us couple goals by supporting each other in their respective careers. Anushka has been accompanying Virat to his cricket matches even before their marriage and many times, she has become the victim of trolls (when Virat gives poor performance in cricket matches). But that doesn’t affect her.

Despite her hectic schedule, Anushka makes sure to be with Virat. This World Cup too, the actress will be with her husband in the tournament but there is a twist. As per reports, the ‘Sui Dhaaga’ actress will go to the stadiums separately. She will be hiring her own car and all her expenses will be taken care of by herself.

As per a report in an entertainment portal, “The wives of the Indian cricketers have discussed the huge media attention that is bound to be there for the World Cup and both want to keep all distractions at bay during the World Cup, which Virat definitely wants to try and win for India. Both feel the lesser the distraction on match days, the more the mind will only focus on the match.”

This decision is taken by Anushka so that there are no distractions which can lead to controversies. Whenever Virat has not performed well, media and people have always taken a dig at Anushka as they think that her presence is the reason for his poor performance. Keeping all these in mind, the actress has taken this sensible decision.

ICC World Cup 2019 is starting from 30 May to 14 July 2019.
