Anushka Sharma’s audition for Aamir Khan’s 3 Idiots goes viral; watch

Actress and producer Anushka Sharma is one of the most popular celebrities in our country now. The Sultan actress started her career with none other than Shah Rukh Khan in the 2008 movie Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. Anushka, however, came in the spotlight when she portrayed the role of a bubbly girl in Yash Raj Films’ Band Baaja Baaraat opposite Ranveer Singh.

Anushka had started her career back in Bangalore as a model. And the PK actress has come a very long way in her eventful career. An ‘unseen video’ of Anushka auditioning for Aamir Khan starrer 3 Idiots is doing rounds on the internet. In the video, the NH10 actress can be seen performing a monologue from Munna Bhai M.B.B.S. as she auditioned for 3 Idiots. The video has been shared by several fan clubs dedicated to Anushka Sharma.

Though Anushka did not get the role in her kitty, she later was cast opposite Aamir Khan in PK and got the opportunity to work with the maverick director Rajkumar Hirani. While working on PK, Anushka showed her audition clip to Aamir and Hirani and they all were amazed and had a hearty laugh.

Anushka welcomed a baby girl earlier this year on January 11 with her husband Virat Kohli. The couple named their daughter Vamika. The Pari actress returned to work months after her delivery. Anushka and Vamika are also accompanying Virat Kohli in his current IPL 2021 matches. We have seen the glimpses of the doting parents in the airports and hotels.

Meanwhile, on the professional front, Anushka has been away from the big screens for a long time now. She was last seen starring in the movie Zero alongside SRK and Katrina Kaif. No new project of Anushka has been announced yet.
