‘Anwar Ka Ajab Kissa’ Trailer: The Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Pankaj Tripathi starrer to finally release after 7 years

Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s much-awaited film ‘Anwar Ka Ajab Kissa’ is all set to release on the OTT platform. The movie will be out tomorrow according to Global Entertainment Company, Eros Now. Ahead of the release, the makers have launched the trailer and it is a total nail-biter.

Apart from Nawazuddin Siddiqui, the movie also stars Pankaj Tripathi, Ananya Chatterjee, Niharika Singh and Amrita Chattopadhyay in lead roles. ‘Anwar Ka Ajab Kissa’ is a dark comedy directed by Buddhadev Dasgupta. It follows the life of a detective who is on a search of himself.

In the trailer, you can see a clumsy detective Anwar who takes up the case of finding Anmol (Pankaj Tripathi) and at the same time, he is also forced to confront his own romantic tragedy with Ayesha (Nikharika Singh). It seems to be quite moving and also very promising.

The movie has already got a lot of love at the BFI London Film Festival on October 17, 2013, and at the 2013 International Film Festival of Kerala. The movie will be presented to the audience after 7 long years and the actors are ecstatic the day has finally arrived.
