‘Apna Time Aayega’ from ‘Gully Boy’ to release on THIS date

Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt starrer ‘Gully Boy’ is creating an immense buzz among the audience and critics since the makers released the trailer. The first song ‘Apna Time Aayega’ from the movie is set to release on Monday i.e 14th January 2019. In the trailer, we saw the glimpses of the song where Ranveer is seen doing the rap and with this, he has proved that he is the perfect actor for the role of a rapper.

The recently released trailer has garnered immense appreciation from all quarters, which revolves around Ranveer’s character, who rises from the slums of Mumbai to become a rapper. The film is inspired by the lives of Mumbai-based rappers, who shot to fame from the chawls of the city. ‘Gully Boy’ is a story inspired by slum rappers of Dharavi. Ranveer Singh who is paired opposite Alia Bhatt for the first time on the big screen is playing the role of a street rapper. The film is Ranveer’s second collaboration with Zoya after ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’.

‘Gully Boy’ also stars Alia Bhatt who is marking her first outing with Excel Entertainment and Zoya Akhtar. The ‘Raazi’ actress will be seen in a never seen before avatar in the movie. She is playing Ranveer’s love interest.

The film also stars Siddhant Chaturvedi and Kalki Koechlin in pivotal roles. It will also be premiering at the Berlin International Film Festival. ‘Gully Boy’ is all slated to release on February 14th, 2019.
