Invincible Season 2 Trailer: From Asha Parekh’s ‘not star material’ to David Dhawan’s ‘only I could handle Govinda’ statement, Arbaaz Khan promises unknown anecdotes of yesteryear stars

Arbaaz Khan is back to host season 2 of much-awaited series The Invincibles only on Bollywood Bubble and the trailer is out. This time too he has some renowned personalities from the industry opening up about their career. Season 2 of the chat show will see guests like veteran actors Asha Parekh, Prem Chopra, and Shabana Azmi, and seasoned filmmakers like Ramesh Sippy, David Dhawan, and Subhash Ghai.

The trailer opens with Arbaaz Khan talking about how some actors go on to become timeless symbols of film industry. We then witness Asha Parekh and Shabana Azmi talking about their journey. The big bad guy of Bollywood, Prem Chopra, is seen recreating his iconic signature dialogue: “Prem naam hai mera, Prem Chopra.” Further David Dhawan says how things are OTT these days and Ramesh Sippy shares how audience didn’t get up even during Sholay interval.

David Dhawan talks about Govinda

Arbaaz joked that there’s no. 1 in David DhaWAN’s name itself. The director also talked about Govinda, who starred in most of these films. When Arbaaz asked David if Govinda came late to work on his sets as well, he replied, “I was the only one who could handle him.”

Shabana Azmi on Javed Akhtar’s alcoholism

While Shabana Azmi addressed the alcoholism of her husband Javed. She was asked how she handled Javed Ji’s drinking habit. To this, the actress reveals that he used to say, ‘Mai jyada zinda nahi reh paunga aur creative kaam nahi kar paunga agar iss tarah se main peeta raaha.He had never said this before’.

The first season had guests like his father Salim Khan, Javed Akhtar, his stepmother Helen, Waheeda Rahman, Mahesh Bhatt and Shatrughan Sinha.
