The recent war between Arijit Singh and Salman Khan is something that is keeping everyone hooked to the gossip. It started with the ace singer sending out an apology to Dabangg Khan on a public platform Facebook and hence calling for a lot of attention. He pleaded sorry for a mistake that he committed three years ago and this mistake was that he insulted Salman and his hosting during an award function. It is being said that Salman didn’t take his words in the right spirit and then barred Arijit from being the composer in any of his films. Even in his upcoming film ‘Sultan’, Arijit had composed a song, but rumours have it that the song has been removed from the film, all thanks to Salman’s bitterness with Arijit.
With this, there is a lot of hullabaloo on how Arijit is trying to seek an apology from Salman so that he does not lose out on the song he composed for ‘Sultan.’ A recent report in Mumbai Mirror says that Arijit has been sending apologies to Salman Khan from three years now. Further, the singer himself said that he will be visiting Salman at his residence to personally meet him and beg his pardon. He stated, “I tried to reach him last night as well, but in vain. So I resorted to a social media apology hoping it will reach him. I knew people would misinterpret it and when it instigated arguments, I thought I should remove it. I am not in Mumbai at the moment or I’d have gone to his apartment last night. I am going to do that once I am back. I have hopes that he will be fine with me one day.”
On the other hand, Salman’s spokesperson has maintained that it is a non-issue and Salman is not angry with Arijit. We just hope everything ends on a good note!
