Is Arjun Kapoor marrying Malaika Arora in June? The actor finally answers

Last year, Bollywood witnessed grand weddings of several actresses. First, it was Sonam Kapoor and then Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra who followed suit. Now since last few months, speculations regarding Arjun Kapoor’s marriage with Malaika Arora have been doing the rounds. Earlier, it was said that the duo will get married by April end but later, it was suggested that they are looking for a date in June to take the plunge. Thankfully, Arjun Kapoor has broken his silence and finally put all the rumours to rest.

When asked about why there’s this constant speculation regarding his impending marriage, Arjun told DNA, “The subject of my wedding is not something that I would like to talk about. Frankly, if I was tying the knot, people would know about it. Today, nothing stays or needs to be hidden beyond a point.”

And if you guys are still wondering if June is the month in which Arjun will tie the knot, then you all are mistaken. Because Arjun clearly stated that he is not getting married in June.“I’m 33 and you have to take my word when I say, I’m in no hurry to get married. Marriage is a big commitment. I will do it when I am ready,” he said. 

Interestingly, Arjun admitted that Malaika is very special to him. However, he refrained from saying anything further. “I don’t have anything to discuss. I have nothing to hide. What the world is seeing, they are seeing. However, I have no desire to justify my personal life beyond a point,” said the 33-year-old actor.

We hope whenever these lovebirds decide to marry, they officially make an announcement so that there would be no room for any kind of speculations to arise.
