‘India’s Most Wanted’: Arjun Kapoor is quite mediocre and lethargic in the trailer

Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor‘s career is at crossroads as he has been going through an extended rough patch at the box-office. The handsome hunk’s ‘India’s Most Wanted’ trailer has got released today and it is quite average and mediocre at best. ‘India’s Most Wanted’ is the story of an intelligence officer named Prabhat and his core group of four men, who carry on a 5-day search for India’s most wanted criminal. The trailer begins with disturbing glimpses of blasts destroying lives across cities in India and then shifts to Arjun Kapoor aka Prabhat volunteering to nab the criminal. The criminal is only described as: “India’s Osama.”

Now, coming to Arjun Kapoor, he is looking quite overawed by the role and has practically zero expressions during the trailer. Arjun comes across as lethargic and gives you the impression of just going through the motions. The actor is honestly the biggest disappointment of the trailer. And the genre of the film demanded Arjun to come out all guns blazing and stamp his authority.

Hopefully, the only shining light from the trailer was the chasing and action sequences. Arjun has a lot riding on ‘India’s Most Wanted’ and going by the trailer, things look pretty dim.

‘India’s Most Wanted’ is being directed by Raj Kumar Gupta and is all set to hit screens on May 24.
