Arjun Kapoor pens an emotional birthday note for father Boney Kapoor; Jahnvi Kapoor is in ‘aww’

Producer Boney Kapoor is celebrating his birthday today and his kids are showering him with birthday wishes. Just recently, Janhvi Kapoor, Anshula Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor penned beautiful birthday wishes for their father. However, among many, one birthday post that melted our hearts were Arjun Kapoor’s post. He took to his Instagram account and dropped a throwback picture with his father and sister Anshula. In the throwback picture, we see Arjun Kapoor and Anshula as kids whereas a young Boney poses with his kids.

The old photo was attached with a long note that talked about him for​ being ​a ​selfless ​father ​who forgets to help himself and to fulfil his needs before everyone all. The Ishaqzaade actor’s emotional birthday note read, “Being selfless isn’t something one can be taught it’s an in built machinery that exists among very few people, I happen to be the son of one of those people… I’ve seen & heard stories of dad going out of his way to help find solutions for others and forgetting to help himself & fulfilling his needs before all that… it’s not easy being selfless & surviving… Happy Birthday to a man who has not only survived but lived like a King thru it all…. love you Dad.”

Earlier, while featuring for a magazine cover with the Dhadak actor, he revealed that had it not been for his equation with Janhvi and Khushi, he would have ‘never felt the need to reconnect with his father Boney Kapoor at this level’. He credits Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor for ‘breaking the barrier’ between him and his father.
