I am incomplete without you: Arjun Kapoor remembers his mom in an emotional post on her birth anniversary

There has never been a day when Arjun Kapoor has not missed his late mom, Mona Shourie. She passed away 10 years ago, after suffering cancer. Since then, the actor has always kept his mom in memories. He often shares throwback pictures with his late mom, remembering her on special occasions or her death anniversary. On Thursday, Arjun Kapoor took to his Instagram to share an emotional post in remembrance of his mom Mona Shourie. He penned a long note as he remembered her on her birth anniversary.

Taking to his Instagram, Arjun shared a picture clicked at his residence. The photo features a memorial picture of his mom with flowers surrounding it. The picture also features Arjun’s pet dog Maximus.

Sharing the picture, the actor penned a long note. He said that he misses his mother a lot. Arjun even said he is incomplete without her.

His note reads: “Happy birthday Mom.I  miss seeing your name on my phone. I miss coming back home to you. I miss seeing you & @anshulakapoor talk away endlessly. I miss you maa… I miss saying ur name I miss your smell I miss being immature & having you sort me out I miss being a child I miss smiling with you I miss being ok I miss feeling whole because I had you be my side… I am incomplete without you I just hope this version of me is still making you proud as u watch over us. Love you (sic).” The actor ended his note by calling himself as his mother’s “flawed over honest chubby cheeks son…”

Meanwhile, Arjun Kapoor’s sister Anshula Kapoor also made an emotional post remembering their late mom on her birth anniversary. Anshula also penned a long note in which she said that she has Arjun who is always with her.

Mona Shourie Kapoor was born on February 3. She breathed her last on March 25, in 2012. She is survived by kids Arjun Kapoor and Anshula Kapoor.

On the work front, Kapoor was last seen in Bhoot Police. He has a few projects in the pipeline.
