Arjun Kapoor reportedly sells his Bandra apartment for a whopping price, Deets inside

Arjun Kapoor, who is currently busy promoting his film Ek Villain Returns, reportedly sold his Bandra apartment for a whopping price. According to a report in Hindustan Times, Arjun bought the flat last year in the 81 Aureate Building in Bandra for Rs 20 crore and has now sold it for Rs 16 crore.

The report further states that the document for sale was registered on May 19. It was Arjun’s sister, Anshula Kapoor who signed the sale papers. Currently, Arjun resides at Raheja Orchid in Juhu.

Arjun is currently busy with Ek Villain Returns. Arjun will be seen sharing screen space with Tara Sutaria, Disha Patani and John Abraham. The posters, songs and trailer has left viewers impressed. EK Villain Trailer was released a few days ago. Arjun will be seen fighting against John in the film. The actor is romancing Tara and they share a great chemistry. Earlier, Arjun had the film’s poster featuring him and Tara and captioned it as, “Hero-heroine ka zamana gaya, now it’s time to hail the Villain!”

Earlier, during Ek Villain Returns press conference, Arjun opened up about doing the film and said he was destined to be a part of it. He had said, “That time I was doing my father’s film Tevar and I couldn’t do it. And this time, when he (Suri) came to me, I said it is destiny. It was meant to be that I am a part of this film. I decided to not let it go.”

Ek Villain Returns is directed by Mohit Suri and slated to release on 29 July, 2022.
