The biggest sporting event in the world, FIFA world Cup 2022 commences today in Qatar and football enthusiasts all across the globe are gearing up to take part in the grand celebration of this sport. Even though the Indian football team isn’t a part of the edition, football fans from India are still as excited for the World Cup as anyone else, and even actor Arjun Kapoor is one of them.

To mark the beginning of the World Cup, Arjun Kapoor participated in an Instagram reel trend to show his excitement and clarify which team he is rooting for in this edition. In the video, Arjun is seen contemplating the dilemma of which team he should support, but in the end it says, “Who cares? You gotta watch them all play in the FIFA WC (sic)”, with a football emoji. Along with the video, the actor wrote, “Football shootball haye rabba! (sic)”.

Arjun is a self-confessed football enthusiast, and along with many other actors from the industry like Kartik Aaryan and Ranbir Kapoor, he is often seen playing with them in the city. As for the FIFA World Cup 2022, the first match of this year’s edition will be played between the hosts Qatar and Ecuador who are in Group A.
